2. I don't think it is a very smart way but Affective. The reason i think it's stupid is because if you Deni your licence you don't get it but if you accept it you get taken away. a reason i think it's affective is because it makes people aware of what could happen if you don't drive carefully.
3.In the sentence "how do we really know" i think he means since the driving class people are making the pupils sleep for all they know they all could still be unconscious. I also think it means that since all the technology in the future they could be in a virtual reality or something.
