1.when I heard David Faber speaking I was shocked. I was shocked so much because I had no Idea how many different ways the Nazis had for torturing them. I was also shocked at how much he described the insanity of Adolf ikeman's enjoyment.
2. When he was with the Russian partisans he was like family to them. He was also very useful to them because he helped de-rail all the trains. I think Romek was so proud of him because since he was fighting with the underground resistance he was obviously happy that the Germans were hurt.
3.well one reason I think that they let him go is because mabye they felt a little sorry for him and they had a little heart(although it is very unlikley). I also think they thought he was too young to know anything. I also think that they thought he was going to die soon anyway.
